ACCESS Access to telephone banking is secured by the use of a Personal Identification Numner (PIN). During your first access to the system, you will be asked to enter the last four (4) digits of your social security number for identification. After you have established a PIN, you can change it at any time. If you enter an invalid PIN, you will have two more tries to re-enter the correct PIN. Once the limit of three has been reached, the account will be locked. You will need to call the bank in order to unlock your PIN. You will then have to establish a new (or the same) PIN.
